DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been successfully delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
Once a digital product is accessed, downloaded, or used, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
DIGITAL PRODUCT ACCESS ISSUES
If you experience any technical issues related to accessing or downloading a digital product, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
We will assist you by:
- Re-sending the download link, or
- Providing an alternative access method
Failure to contact us within 24 hours will be considered successful delivery.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Returns or replacements for physical products are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Product is defective
- Wrong product has been delivered
RETURN CONDITIONS (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)
- Issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Photo or video proof of the issue may be required
- Return approval is subject to inspection
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
REFUND PROCESS
If a return or refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on payment provider)
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Digital products: No cancellation once delivered or accessed
- Physical products: Cancellation allowed only before dispatch
PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
Raising a chargeback or payment dispute after successful delivery of a product may result in account restriction and dispute rejection based on this policy.
